Let's start the new year off right with a leisurely stroll in Waimauku, it will be a Saturday walk this month. Come along for a wander in one of those little known dog friendly spaces, there is an open field which is spacious and quiet it has a little bush walk for those who like a variation of terrain.
It is summer so please bring along drinking water for yourself and your hound, slap on the sunscreen too. NOTE that this will be an ON LEAD walk as there are wild rabbits around. You are highly encouraged to wear walking shoes with good grip when going into the bush as some parts can be steep.
Date and time: Saturday 22nd January, 9am. Meet on the corner of Pollard Lane and Pukemarino Rd in Waimauku.
