This month, we’re heading South!
As the air gets crisp and the leaves turn golden, there’s no better time for a cosy stroll with our houndy friends. Join us for our May Greyhound Community Walk at the beautiful Auckland Botanic Gardens—a perfect setting to enjoy the autumn atmosphere with fellow greyhound lovers.
Meeting Point: Near the Café Miko entrance (off the gardens, not the carpark)
Accessibility: Suitable for strollers and mobility scooters
Note: This is a public space, so please be mindful of children and other dogs
GAP walks are open to all greyhounds regardless of where they were adopted from. We also welcome all sighthounds and other dogs from the same household. If you’re considering adopting a greyhound, this is a great chance to meet some houndys and have a relaxed chat with experienced owners.
Stay after the walk for some community catch-ups and warm drinks at Café Miko. We’d love to meet you.
