Greyhounds in the Auckland area walk on the 3rd Sunday of each month. This month we’ll be meeting at Parnell Rose Gardens - specifically the rose garden next to the Luxerose Parnell Cafe, let's get there early so we can make a 9am start and avoid the heat. There’s plenty of shade along this walk with well formed paths. It will be a short walk (under an hour) but plenty to sniff around.
Carpark: there are carparks available along Gladstone Road, in the garden itself and along the side streets.
On conclusion there's a great choice of catering options - Luxerose Cafe, Rosie and little Rosie just a little down the road, there is also the La Cigale French Market nearby that is on on the weekends (and dogs are welcome).
