Christchurch Community Houndy Walk
We’ve had a few folks asking for more houndy action in Christchurch — and thanks to the wonderful Kieran Doyle (aka Artie and Donna’s hoodad!), it’s happening!
Lace up your shoes, suit up your houndy, and join us for a relaxed stroll through beautiful Hagley Park. We’ll be meeting in the main carpark near the tennis club and heading out for a loop of North Hagley, led by the dashing Artie himself.
Got a houndy who prefers a shorter walk? No worries — there are easy, shorter paths available too.
We reckon a community hound walk is the perfect way to kick off Mother’s Day weekend — and we’d love to see you there!
Important notes: – Houndys must be on lead at all times during the walk.
– GAP walks are open to people of all ages with retired greyhounds — no matter where they were adopted from.
– We welcome all sighthounds, plus other dogs from the same household.
– Curious about greyhound adoption? This is a GREYT chance to meet a houndy and chat with experienced owners.
Come along and help grow our houndy community in Christchurch — we can’t wait to see you!
