We’ve teamed up with behaviour consultant Kelly Hawkins from The Dog Lady Online to bring you “Greyt Chats” — free Zoom sessions designed to help support you and your greyhound through every stage of pet life.
This session will be held on Sunday 14th June at 7pm and will focus on:
Pre-adoption – Setting Up For Success
For GAP adopters, fosters and those waiting for their dog to arrive.
These sessions are designed to help set realistic expectations and equip adopters with the mindset and understanding needed for a successful transition. Kelly will begin with some practical teachings and guidance before opening the session up for questions and discussion. There is no pressure to contribute, you can just sit back and listen if you would prefer!
Whether you’re curious about the first 72 hours, what your greyhound will be experiencing or the biggest mistakes to avoid making, this is a fantastic opportunity to receive free behavioural support and help set both you and your hound up for success.
Fostering or adopting through GAP and want to come along? please email your rehomer or foster co-ordinator for an invite link :)
Can’t make this session? We run one Post-adoption (Living Together) and one Pre-adoption (Setting up for success) session per month. Check out our events page for upcoming dates and email your regions rehomer for an invite link -
