This derpy young guy is looking for love in his life. Mako is a darling boy with an extraordinary nose that he likes to put into every nose-sized gap.  He has a rather undershot jaw - so his tongue sometimes just hangs out a little, and it accenctuates his nose - but he doesn't care, as it just adds to his appeal.
