Meet Scoobie – Soft-Hearted, Social, and Full of Character

Scoobie is a gentle boy with a warm nature and plenty of personality. He’s affectionate without being demanding, enjoys a good smooch, and has a lovely way of connecting with the people around him. One of his sweetest quirks is carrying his comfort toys along on walks — especially soft toys, which he adores and treats with care.

In social settings, Scoobie can be enthusiastic at first, sometimes a little pushy when greeting other dogs, but he settles quickly once the initial excitement passes. He does well with dominant dogs, happily ignoring them, and has lived comfortably with small dogs and children in his current foster home. Scoobie is also a vocal lad and will often express his excitement when he sees other dogs, but this is purely enthusiasm — there’s no aggression behind it.

Scoobie thrives with canine companionship and will need another dog or dogs in his home. He’s polite in the home, adaptable, and enjoys having both independence and connection in balance.

With his soft heart, social nature, and love of simple comforts, Scoobie will shine in a home where he has canine friends, understanding humans, and plenty of chances to carry his favourite toys wherever he goes.
