Danny is one of our most special kids and is looking for a very special home. Greyhounds are clean, quiet and don't need much exercise right? Well not Danny! Danny loves nothing more than rolling in sand at the beach, swimming in the waves, adventure hikes, galloping around with his mates and barking when he is worried or thinks he's missing out. He never read the manual on how to be a greyhound that's for sure! Danny had to be resusitated when he was born and this has affected his ability to learn new things, particually when he is overwhelmed in new environments.  Danny tries hard to please and, is easy to have around the house, toilet trained, is really fit and loves longer walks or runs. He can live with cats, livestock, other dogs and older well trained children. He has great recall and his favourite thing in the world is car rides- especially to the beach. Danny has been in foster care with the rehoming team as initally he struggled a little bit adapting to life as a pet. Danny doesn't have much self confidence and finds his security in his people- so will need an understanding home who will give him time to settle in. He will need a crate so he has his own happy place for downtime and most important is structure and routine. He has the most gorgeous nature and deserves his own very special family. His ideal family will work from home or short working hours. . Most of all he will need a family who gives him plenty of time to settle and time to shine. They will be rewarded with one of the most loving, loyal, cheeky and affectionate hounds we've ever worked with.
