Topper is a playful and excitable boy who loves life and people. Affectionate he loves praise and is also motivated by food and toys . He is a bright dog and does well when given physical and mental stimulation. He can be a little over the "TOP" with dogs much smaller than him, so needs an owner who will continue to teach him the manners he has been learning.
