Phoebe is as pretty on the inside as she is on the outside, a gentle and placid girl,she takes a little while to warm to people and then she becomes your shadow. Quick to learn, she already knows basic commands and has a good recall. She enjoys playing with other dogs and is currently in a foster home with children.
