After a period George has settled down to be a much loved member of our family. As an Animal Control Officer and Animal welfare Inspector i have used George for training toddlers, meter readers, posties, vet nursing and animal care students in dog bite safety training and animal handling he has proven himself to be very affectionate and tolerant towards all. We have a stream of rescue dogs come and go through our household and he has learnt to cope with these exciting new guests well, though he is sure to let them know who he thinks run the show untill bear our older mastiff dane gives him a friendly reminder to pull his head in.
We feel fortunate to have George in our lives and have learnt much from him, ups or downs withgentle handling and perserverance even a mischeif hound can become a fabulous member of society and family.
