Just wanted to let you know that Lily (Sweetie) is settling in really well! She is so eager to learn and please - and good grief - does she enjoy her food!!!.. Thank you to everyone at GAP for matching her with us or more correctly matching us with her! Just for your info...Dougal our airedale loves having a friend during the day and I think he has been real help in showing her the ropes! She's mastered the 2 flights of internal wooden stairs, toilet training and the dog door and certainly beats him everytime at retrieving the toys. She loves food and cuddles and is slowly becoming more confident with strangers. Anyway - many thanks again - you are all doing such an inspiring job in your caring and providing this wonderful service for both the greyhounds and for those of us looking to provide a forever home....
