Meet Skye

Skye is like a big, goofy puppy who is still learning about the world. She doesn’t know much yet, but she is eager, full of life and ready to learn.

She is quiet and very clean in her kennel and absolutely loves her kennelmates. When it’s her turn to head out, Skye can get very excited and may try to charge out the door. On the lead, she tends to jump and bounce around, but she is already starting to settle with guidance and consistency.

Skye is a young girl who will need someone home with her, as well as structure and a firm but kind hand to help teach her the right behaviours. She has lovely manners around food and is very social with other breeds.

During her assessment, Skye was excited to meet the assessor’s dog but remained polite, with a soft and friendly body. She is very affectionate and loves people, although she can be quite excitable at times.

As Skye is still learning, she would be best suited to a home without young children, but she should be fine with teenagers who understand her energy and can help guide her.

Skye is a sweet, fun-loving girl who just needs a little direction to become a wonderful companion. With the right home, she is going to grow into a truly special dog.
