Meet Nikki – gentle, thoughtful, and affectionate

Nikki is a calm and considered girl who likes to take a moment to understand her surroundings before jumping in. Once she feels comfortable, she becomes incredibly affectionate and enjoys quiet connection with her people. She has a soft spot for children and has shown a lovely, patient nature around them.

In the home, Nikki is an easy companion to live with. She enjoys greeting visitors but is just as happy to return to her bed and relax. She copes well being left alone and settles into her own space without fuss. She can be a little unsure with new experiences like car travel and benefits from calm reassurance.

Nikki is social with other dogs, showing a gentle and polite approach. She may be slightly cautious when first meeting larger dogs but builds confidence quickly. With smaller dogs, she is more relaxed and interactive.

She walks beautifully on lead and is a pleasure to take out. At times, she may pause if she hears barking dogs, taking a moment to process, but responds well to encouragement. She is motivated by treats and enjoys learning, making her a lovely dog to continue training with.

Nikki would suit a home that can offer a calm, supportive environment while she continues to grow in confidence. She will need a home without birds or similar small animals, as she has shown a tendency to chase.
