Meet Codie - Great Smile, Beautiful Eyes and a Great Personality

A striking black and white boy who loves life. Codie is a lovely, social boy who is happy to be around almost anyone. He enjoys just about everything put in front of him and is always keen to explore new things.

Codie really looks forward to going on walks. He walks well on lead and is great when walking in a pack with his kennelmates. Codie is very polite when meeting new dogs—he will go up and say hello in a calm, relaxed manner. He does tend to get overly excited when he first heads out for a walk, so a person with good dog-handling skills is recommended.

Codie is considered quite social. He enjoyed the company of the assessor’s dog and really liked being around the assessor’s grandchildren. Overall, Codie enjoys company in any form. He loves being part of whatever is going on, but he also appreciates having his own space for downtime and relaxation.

Codie is a classic example of what you look for in a family dog—super friendly, happy to have company, and great when out and about. His ideal home would be with a family who enjoy getting outdoors and are happy to have him close by. Codie could live with another dog that is calm and respectful, and he could also live with children who are mindful of his space and downtime.
