Meet Amos

Amos is a lovely boy. He’s quiet and clean in his kennel, walks nicely on the lead, and has great manners around food. He gets on really well with his kennel mates, and he did very well through his assessments. Amos loves being handled and is a very affectionate hound.

Amos has been in foster for a couple of months and is extremely well behaved in the house. He enjoys car rides, loves going for walks, and fits easily into a routine.

He can be a little needy at times, so he will require low alone hours. Amos could definitely live with another hound, and he generally wants to be friends with most other breeds. The only thing he struggles with is dogs that charge up to him — this scares him, and he needs a bit of space in those situations.

Amos is a gorgeous, gentle boy who’s ready for his forever home. He’ll make a wonderful companion for a person or family who can give him company, confidence, and plenty of love.
