This is Bella

Bella is a beautiful brindle girl who draws the attention of many.

She walks well on the lead, but she gets very excited to be out and about. She can’t hide it either — she’ll spin and dance around for a bit before settling down.

Bella loves attention and absolutely loves people; she just can’t get enough. However, she is not fond of other dogs. She can be quite sassy and is quick to let other dogs know she is confident. Bella did eventually accept the assessor’s dog, but this took a lot of close monitoring, patience, and time. While she has come a long way with her training, she still strongly prefers to be left alone by other dogs.

Bella is also not fond of other animals, so she is ideally looking for a home in an urban or residential area, as rural farm animals are not her cup of tea.

The ideal home for Bella would be with a couple who have a solid level of knowledge and experience with dog behaviour. Bella will require ongoing training around other dogs, and she will be best suited to a home where she can be the centre of attention. Bella wouldn’t mind older children — to her, that just means more people to love her, which she sees as a bonus.

Overall, Bella is a sassy little lady, but a very lovable one. She is ready to head off to her forever home and meet her new family. Come along and meet our sweet little Bella.
