Meet Manu – Calm, Balanced, and Steady

Manu is an easy-going boy who prefers to move through life at his own pace. He can seem reserved at first, but once settled he enjoys connection and shows a gentle, affectionate nature. He’s confident without being demanding and is comfortable both engaging with people and spending time quietly on his own.

Manu settles well into routine and is tidy in his space, though he does have a mischievous streak when it comes to blankets and toys, which he loves but is likely to destroy. He enjoys playtime and enrichment, and prospective owners should be prepared for a bit of toy turnover. He also has a habit of wriggling out of his coats, so he’ll need styles with long ties that can be double-knotted to keep them secure.

On the practical side, Manu can occasionally go off his food and may need some variety to keep him interested. On the lead, he is relaxed and attentive, walking calmly and responding well to guidance and praise.

With other dogs, Manu is polite and well-regulated, adjusting his energy naturally to suit both large and small companions. He would suit a moderate-activity home looking for a calm, thoughtful companion with a quietly affectionate presence and a bit of cheeky personality.
