Meet Crown – Gentle, Curious, and Soft-Natured

Crown is a quiet, thoughtful boy who takes a little time to feel settled, but his curiosity quickly shines through. Once comfortable, he shows a very affectionate side and is especially fond of ear rubs, leaning in and soaking up the attention. He enjoys gentle interaction and forms warm connections with his people.

He keeps his kennel space tidy, eats well, and enjoys relaxing in the sun, often dragging his bedding out to make himself comfortable. Crown likes his squeaker toys and shows a nice level of awareness and intelligence in his daily routine. On walks, he can zig-zag a little at first while taking everything in, but he settles quickly and walks politely once regulated.

Crown does well with other greyhounds. In new social situations he can feel nervous, particularly with medium and large dogs, though he shows more confidence around smaller breeds. We expect this to improve as he settles into a home and gets more experience under his belt. He would suit a moderate-activity home that can offer reassurance and consistency.
