Meet Oliver – Confident, Charming, and Resolute

Oliver is a handsome young lad with a warm, affectionate nature. Out on walks he carries himself with quiet confidence, moving with an ease that makes him a pleasure to handle. He does have a determined streak — when he decides he’s not quite ready to do something, it can take some patient encouragement and consistent boundaries to get him on board, but then he's quick to follow through.

Oliver can be a little hard to read when first meeting new dogs, and it’s not yet clear whether his behaviour stems from uncertainty or slight dominant tendencies. For this reason, he’ll do best as an only dog or living with a calm, non-dominant female. With calm, structured introductions and consistent handling, we hope he'll develop more appropriate communication skills.

Beneath his little quirks, Oliver is a sweet-natured boy who loves people and thrives on companionship. With steady leadership and reassurance, he will prove himself to be a loyal and loving companion.
