Dalton is a thoughtful greyhound with a calm, reserved nature. He tends to take his time when faced with new situations, but once he feels secure, his gentle and affectionate side shines through. He’s not one to push for attention, which makes it all the more rewarding when he chooses to share those quiet moments of connection.

Polite on the lead and tidy in his space, Dalton is easy to spend time with. Recently, he’s been diagnosed with arthritis and is currently undergoing physiotherapy to help build strength and keep him comfortable. For now, he’s not quite ready to head off to his forever home, but we’re looking for a special someone who can offer him the calm, supportive environment he’ll need when the time comes.

Dalton is still learning how to manage his focus around smaller dogs, so he’ll benefit from careful introductions and continued guidance. With support, he’s shown he can relax and interact politely once he understands the situation.
