Update on Snozz (Flyin Shifty)

My fiancé and I received Snozz at the beginning of January this year. We found that he had loads of personality from the moment we brought him home and we are still learning about his quirks.

sitting for dinner!

We soon discovered that he loves his soft toys. He even goes as far as stealing other dogs' and childrens' stuffed toys to add to "his€ collection. There have been times when we have visited houses and he has waltzed in to bedrooms, taken the toys off the bed and then gone to lie down with the stolen toys. Even fluffy doorstoppers are bound to disappear after he has wandered through the room.

I have also learned, the hard way, that he is a champion at stealing unattended food off kitchen counter tops. Now nothing can be left on the benches to tempt him. He often does it and doesn't get caught in the act so it was rather difficult to tell him off.

He loves to play with the tennis ball on the beach and has been surprisingly good at picking up the concept of "fetch€ and "bring the ball back€. He has even figured out how to pick up and bring a rugby ball back. When other dogs join in on the fun, most of the fun for Snozz is in racing to get the ball first.

I have taught him how to sit but he mostly only does that for food. We have had loads of fun with him and have certainly learned a whole lot about pack leadership. Snozz has won a place in our heart.
