Ever thought about adopting a Greyhound or interested in knowing more about them before you decide?
Pat & Chat sessions are such a great way to meet a retired Greyhound! We've teamed up with a bunch of pup friendly businesses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch throughout July and August to help spread the love of Greyhounds!
If you've ever wondered about adopting a retired racing Greyhound this is your opportunity to come along and get the lowdown! We'll have plenty of Greyhounds for you to fall in love with and our amazing team of volunteers to answer all your questions! We'll do the chatting and you can do the patting!
Come on down for the great hospitality at Juke Joint. Sweet As Pup will have fun dog toys, treats, and accessories for purchase, and we will be there with our team of volunteers and Greyhounds!
Humans and social dogs on leash are welcome!
Animates Grey Lynn have graciously let the Greyhounds take over a corner of their store from 10am - 2pm to answer all your Greyhound questions and to share some greyt-love. We'll have plenty of Greyhounds for you to fall in love with! We'll do the chatting and you can do the patting!
The team at Petstock Constellation love our Greyhounds, almost much as our Greyhounds love their cosy store! We'll be taking over a corner of Petstock Constellation from 11am to get some cuddles and answer all your Greyhound questions. We'll do the chatting and you can do the patting!
Join us at Whoa! Studios for some puppy love! Our amazing team of volunteers and their Greyhounds will be around from 10am - 2pm to answer your Greyhound questions. We'll have plenty of Greyhounds for you to fall in love with! We'll do the chatting and you can do the patting!
Meet us at Fortune Favours Beer (Wellington) from 12 -3 pm for some Greyhound pats and chats with retired racing greyhounds. Fortune Favours brews some top notch beers that will go great with any conversation about our favorite dogs. We'll have plenty of Greyhounds for you to fall in love with and our amazing team of volunteers to answer all your questions! We'll do the chatting and you can do the patting!
Join us at Petstock Northwood for some Greyhound cuddles! We'll have some pawesome volunteers, along with their Greyhounds there ready for all your cuddles and questions. Sarah, our South Island rehoming team lead, will also be there from 12pm with adoptable hounds looking for homes! Get all your questions answered by our team, we can do the chatting with you do the patting!

Meet us at Cascade Bar & Courtyard for some pints and pats with Greyhounds! We'll have plenty of Greyhounds for you to fall in love with, along with a GREYT selection of drinks and food. We'll do the chatting and you can do the patting!
Our amazing team of volunteers will be at Urban Eatery in Barrtington (Christchurch) from 2 pm to 4 pm to answer your Greyhound questions and to share some greyt-love over a cup of coffee. We'll have plenty of Greyhounds for you to fall in love with! We'll do the chatting and you can do the patting!
