He has really settled in very well, is loving running out in the paddocks with the little dogs and has been very good with them and also with the cats. He had his first time out pony riding last weekend. Nigel comes with us on foot to teach him the right protocols; not getting under pony's feet, etc. He luckily has a healthy respect of the horses and makes no attempt to bark or chase, which is terrific. We are still working on recall, which is a bit erratic, but we are lucky to be in large well fenced areas where ever we go so not a problem yet. I would like to get this nailed before we come across any rabbits or hares! Although he is not over confident and does tend to stick with the other dogs. He and my other young dog Winston have become great playmates and keep each other amused.
