(As I write this I have an upside down greyhound leaning on me! ) Thanks to everyone at GAP for another wonderful dog. Having sadly lost my darling first hound Bran (Bruce At Xtra) after 4 years, I wasn't sure I could ever have another, but he left a big hole we needed to fill. Sonja and Irene chose us Lisa Long Legs, who is different in every way, small, dainty, totally bonkers! We love her to bits, she has fitted in very well with the household of labrador, whippet and three cats, chooks, pony and ducks. She loves bananas, rooting through the bin, anything that might be edible, trying to eat anything that might fall in to this category and beating the labrador at laps around the house. She is perfect on the lead, warm, loving and affectionate, and a real twit! Her tongue is too big for her mouth, and lolls out which adds to her daft charm. She is very loved and has already brought us much happiness. Thanks to everyone from GAP and the continued support from the staff and volunteers, who have helped me as its such a long time since I was new to a hound!
