Minnie is lovely, settled in like she has always lived here and spends all her walks seeing how many dogs it is possible to play with. She does have a slightly unfortunate habit of jumping head first into streams and then finding out how deep they are, which has meant having to rescue her from the other side on a few occasions. I thought Dan, my old dobermann, was always ecstatic to see me on returning home, but Minnie wags her entire body.
