Phoebe has been returned to GAP for an incident involving another dog. The small dog was off-lead at the beach and she grabbed it in her mouth (while on lead) and would not release. The small dog was likely seriously injuried (blood and puncture wounds seen by Greyhound owner) but we are unsure of the extent of the injuries. Phoebes owner notes that she has growled at other dogs in the past and will attempt to bite people in some situations (trimming nails, while eating). She has been in two homes while in GAPs care (returned from first home due to owners ill health).
